Writing just a little bit everyday feels like sweeping the kitchen floor. It helps me have a cleaner, more clear mind. 

As stupid as the word is, "journaling" can really help us. 
Creative writing would be just as valuable imo. 

Choose this habit for just 5-10 minutes a day...or a certain amount of pages.
