Commit to this habit for just 5-10 minutes a day. 

Ideas:

Write about your day. Your hopes for tomorrow. Your fears. Write what you're grateful for. 

Write poetry...Short Stories...

Work on a book idea....

Write down your dreams.

Write letters to people. 

Write for the public. 

Write whatever the fuck you feel like writing. 

If you need a writing prompt- change the station on a radio, or open up a book and point to a random word.
