Writing just a little bit everyday feels like sweeping the kitchen floor. It helps me have a cleaner, more clear mind. I also tend to write first thing in the morning, which really helps me remember my dreams. 

Using this habit to help write something creative would be pretty fucking great too. I feel like a lot of us have a book inside of us, we just need to develop the discipline to develop a writing practice. 

Choose this habit for just 5-10 minutes a day.
