Stretching

This is a great daily habit to adopt. For me, connecting with my body is challenging. It doesn't come naturally. Taking just ten minutes to stretch, helps me integrate my body and my mind. Idk what this means but I feel more embodied when I stretch everyday.

Additionally, when you stretch your body you stretch your mind. And when you stretch your mind, more is possible. NOT TO MENTION that stretching is a very healthy thing to do if you don't want to become a cranky crotchety wackadoodle with aches and pains in all your nooks and crannies
