Exercise

Exercise is something I avoided most of my life. I wrote it off as something just for people obsessed with sports or the way they looked. I didn't understand that exercise is a way to strengthen your fucking mind.
What I learn with exercise, transfers to all areas of my life. I'm way less of a little bitch, and it's because I'm striving for an athlete's mindset. Never giving up, Showing up consistently, Being in the Moment, and always aiming to be just a little bit better than yesterday. There's no room for negative self talk or excuses. It's a beautiful training ground to unlearn the bad habits I've been nurturing for so long.
Build this pathway in your brain by starting with just
10-15 minutes a day. Situps, squats, weights, yoga, biking, and walking are all great ways to start.
Worry less about what you do- and focus more on showing up consistently. The rest will follow.
Adopt this habit for 5-10 minutes a day
We don't rise to the level of our expectations; we fall the the level of our training."
