Integra Inara is a class designed by behavior change expert and fitness guru, Kirsten Hurley.

It's a program where we tackle a variety of healthy practices all at once. The core idea is that we're like turtles climbing rainbows. This class focuses on developing gradual and sustainable habits that seamlessly integrate into daily life.

In this candlelit setting, we engage in 10 minutes of meditation, 15 minutes of stretching, two one-minute planks, 10 squats, 15 minutes of reading, 15 minutes of drawing, 20 minutes of guided writing exercises, and explore a "word of the day." There's also a bit of community-building to help us overcome social awkwardness.


Boom, bang, bing— that's some solid health hygiene right there.

Integra Inara: Derived from Latin and Arabic roots, "Integra" signifies completeness, integrity, and wholeness, while "Inara" means light or illumination. This class is dedicated to developing habits and practices that promote personal wholeness and integrity, empowering individuals to become a light.
